Categorize urgent inbounds (showing requests, offer review, lead intake, listing emergencies) and route each to the right person automatically: Zillow leads to a paid assistant for $X/lead, showings to a co-agent or showing service, offers to your transaction coordinator. The pieces exist — most solo agents just haven't wired them up.
Primary: paid lead-response service ($1-$5/lead, 5-min response SLA). Backup: your phone with a 'I'm on it within 30 min' SMS template.
Primary: a co-agent in your brokerage with a referral fee arrangement. Backup: a showing service like Showami or your team's open assistant.
