What's actively shipping

Stripe annual subscriptions wired — $99/year price ID active.

Email deliverability hardening — SPF, DKIM, DMARC verified on outofofficepro.com.

Custom domain mapping — point your-own-domain.com to your routing page.

Slug change support — rename your subdomain after signup.

High-confidence features

Vendor portal — vendors get a simple page to see all dispatched tickets and accept/decline in bulk.

SMS routing — for owners whose tenants prefer text. (Not Twilio — see repo for technical decisions.)

Photo upload from tenants — tenants can attach photos to dispatches. Vendor sees the photos in the ticket email.

Multi-user accounts — invite a vacation cover person who can manage the routing while you're away.

Bigger initiatives

Team tier — for small property management companies, law firms, agencies with rotation scheduling and shared edit access.

Healthcare tier with HIPAA compliance — until then, OutOfOfficePro is not appropriate for PHI.

Outlook + Gmail OAuth integration — one-click vacation mode that flips your auto-responder to point at your routing URL automatically.

Calendar trigger — when you put "vacation" on your calendar, your routing page activates automatically.

Native iOS / Android apps for receiving dispatch notifications and managing on the go.

Ideas we're considering

AI-powered email triage that auto-drafts replies for the 80% routine, escalates the 20% to you.

Voice routing (caller calls, AI asks for issue category, dispatches accordingly).

Vendor marketplace — pre-vetted local vendors you can quickly add to your routing.

Pre-vacation checklist app — guides you through the 7-day prep automatically.

Integrations: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Calendly, Stripe webhook listener for payment-triggered events.

What we're explicitly not doing

Twilio integration — the founder has a strong policy against Twilio. SMS will use MessageBird, Plivo, Telnyx, or similar.

General-purpose intake / triage platform — we're not competing with Intercom Fin or Drift. Focus is "owner is unavailable."
