The agreement between you and OutOfOfficePro. We'll keep it as plain as we can; this is a real legal document.
"OutOfOfficePro" or "we" / "us" refers to the service operated at outofofficepro.com. "You" or "Customer" means the person or business who signs up for an account. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.
OutOfOfficePro is a routing layer that lets your callers reach the right vendor or person while you're away. We provide:
We're a software service. We are not an answering service, an emergency dispatcher, or a replacement for 911 / professional emergency response.
You're responsible for keeping your magic-link login email secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter (vendors, contact info, configurations). You agree not to use the service to harass, defraud, or abuse anyone.
Pro includes a 14-day free trial. We do not collect payment information until you choose to add billing. After the trial, your routing page pauses unless you add a card. We don't auto-charge. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation pauses the routing page at the end of the billing cycle, and your config is preserved for 60 days.
By using the service, you consent to receive transactional emails (signup confirmation, magic links, dispatch notifications, trial reminders, account changes). You may unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing emails at any time. We don't currently send marketing emails.
You configure the vendors and contacts that callers are routed to. You're responsible for verifying those vendors are appropriate, licensed, insured, and willing to handle the dispatches you route to them. We don't vet your vendors and we're not party to the work they do.
We're not liable for the actions, work quality, or response time of your vendors. Dispatches are sent to the contact info you provide; we don't guarantee delivery, response, or completion of any work.
You agree not to use the service to:
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with or without notice.
See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Short version: we collect what's necessary to run the service, we don't sell your data, and you can request deletion at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free dispatches, or specific response times from your vendors. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutOfOfficePro's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
