The voicemail line you just generated only works if you have a page.

"For emergencies, go to yourname.outofofficepro.com" is what you record. The page that URL points to is what makes it work — callers tap once and reach the right person, instantly. Free for one page. $9.99/mo for unlimited.

How to record your voicemail greeting

iPhone

Phone app → Voicemail tab → Greeting → Custom → Record. Hit Stop when finished, Play to hear it back, Save when satisfied.

Android (Google Voice)

Google Voice app → Settings → Voicemail greeting → Record new. Tap the mic, read your script, save.

Office phone (most VOIP systems)

Dial your own extension's voicemail (often *97 or 5000), enter your PIN, navigate to "greeting" → record new.

How to write a good business voicemail greeting

A good voicemail greeting is short, useful, and human. It identifies who you've reached, when you're available, and what to do if it can't wait. It doesn't sound like a robot reading a script — even though it's technically a recorded script.

Sample voicemail script (vacation)

"Hi, you've reached Glen. I'm currently out of office and will be back Tuesday the 21st. For property emergencies, go to glen-dot-outofofficepro-dot-com — that's g-l-e-n dot out of office pro dot com. Otherwise, leave a message and I'll respond when I'm back. Thanks."
