Free tools generate text — polished out-of-office reply emails, email signatures, voicemail scripts. You get unlimited generation, no watermark on the message itself. Pro is the routing page: the URL on your voicemail and signature points to a live page where callers tap one button and reach the right person. Free is the message; Pro is what makes the message actually do something.
Free for all the tools and a routing page with up to 5 dispatches a month. $9.99/month for unlimited dispatches, white-label, custom domain, and the post-trip digest. Cancel anytime. Full pricing →
Caller info goes from your routing page directly to the responder's email. We don't share it with anyone else. We're hosted on Cloudflare's edge with HTTPS everywhere. Sessions use HTTP-only Secure cookies; magic-link tokens are 256-bit random and single-use. The whole architecture is open at github.com/ggmcodes/outofofficepro.
Only what you've configured: your headline, your tagline, the names of your subjects (properties, matters, clients), and the issue categories. Vendor and partner phone numbers are revealed after the caller identifies their issue type and provides their own name and phone. Your fallback contact is shown only when no specific routing matches.
Regular OOO replies say "I'm gone, contact X." Passive. The recipient still has to figure out who X is and how to reach them — often in a panic, often at 11pm. OutOfOfficePro actively routes: caller picks the issue type, we email the right responder, the caller gets the phone number, the dispatch is logged. Active beats passive when seconds matter.
Most "out of office" tools route everything to one place — a single forwarding email or phone number. We let the caller self-triage by issue type, then route to the right person for that specific kind of problem. A roof leak goes to your roofer. A plumbing burst goes to your plumber. The caller does the routing — you just configure the map once.
Yes. Sign in with the email you used to onboard, edit any field, save. The change is live immediately.
We give the caller the phone number and email a written record. Whether the vendor answers is between them — we can't make calls happen any more than your voicemail can. A backup-responder feature for failover is on the Pro roadmap.
Coming on a Team tier. Email us if you need it now and we'll set you up manually.
Yes. The page works anywhere with HTTPS. Phone numbers are stored as text — store yours however you like, US or international format. The "tap to call" link uses standard tel: URIs that work on any phone.
On Pro, yes. Map vacation.yourcompany.com (or any domain you own) to your page. Your callers see your brand, not ours.
OutOfOfficePro isn't currently HIPAA-compliant. Don't route Protected Health Information through it. We're working on a Healthcare tier with the right compliance — let us know if you'd be interested.
Because passive auto-responders are amateur hour. We're the pro version — your business actually runs while you're out. The name is also dictation-friendly on voicemail: every syllable is a real word, no homophones, no spelling traps. Try saying "out of office pro dot com" out loud.
